The foundation will seek the donation of funds from citizens, businesses or corporate foundations, but focus primarily on corporate foundations.
Those funds will be used to purchase and/or license science education materials and resources and provide them at no cost to public K-12 schools in local communities, and the primary use of those funds will be the actual procurement of educational materials for that purpose.
The foundation will seek to purchase and/or license science education materials that promote understanding of science and interest in science.
The foundation will follow an interest in promoting scientific literacy across all demographic groups of K-12 students.
